I was at first a bit leery about ordering a relatively expensive item - a diamond and ruby lady's ring - online but the site seemed reputable so I decided to take a flyer on it. During the ordering process I dealt exclusively with a fellow by the name of Jeff Cohn. He seemed knowledgeable and quite informative so I trusted him with my money. Well, long story short, the ring arrived and, though it seemed a good value, it wasn't quite what my wife wanted so I chose to send it back. I couldn't have been more pleased by the return process. Not only did Angara pay FEDEX return postage, they even provided the shipping label! I will look at them again for future purchases!
