The free thank you gift we sent you was listed for export at a minimal $10. so that you are not charged more customs duties. The actual cost to you is zero as you were not charged for that. It in no way represents the value of the product you received. International customers are required by their governments to pay customs duties,taxes or fees. That is determined by the shipment destination. We did email you on March 31,2017 to inform you as an International customer that customs duties, taxes and fees are determined by and at the point of delivery.
