I worked with Barbara while purchasing an engagement ring/wedding band for my husband in 2015. Three years later, Barbara remembered me when I contacted customer service to have the ring serviced under the warranty.

In addition, I was able to get the very best value from Angara (which was the most important factor for my husband who appreciates getting a good deal).
