Pros: They built a nice pool for us in 2004.
Cons: Terrible customer service. Often they do not return calls. Repeatedly do not show up when scheduled. Do not notify me when they see that they are not going to make the schedule.
I called Aquatic Sept. 26, 2011 to schedule a pool closing.
Person who answered the phone said the scheduler was not available but they would pass my request to them.
Due to no response, called Aquatic again after a few days. Same story as above.
Due to no response, called Aquatic again after a few days. The person answering the phone said I was first on the schedule for Oct. 13.
Noon on Oct. 13 called to say workman had not arrived. Was reassured that I was still on the schedule.
Noon on Oct. 14 called to say workman had not arrived. Rescheduled for the morning of Oct. 17.
Noon on Oct. 17 called to say workman had not arrived. Was told I was scheduled for Oct. 18 not Oct. 17.
Frustrating!
