We have worked with IDS for the last 2 months off and on. I say this because halfway through our consultant had a family emergency. Not a big deal these things happen. I was only worried we would face a set back from transitioning to someone new. In the end my fears were unfounded. By the end of the 2 months, we learned what our real costs were on a per job basis. To say we were surprised when we saw jobs that we had assumed had been profitable were actually costing us money. Before Donald started working with us, we did not have the structure in place to make the changes we needed. We have learned how to budget and properly incentivize our employees. At the end of the day, this was a very eye-opening experience. The things we accomplished would have never happened without IDS and more specifically Donald’s help.
