I left my Honda Pilot with these guys because they appeared to be honest and cooperative but they called me back with a price quote that was even more expensive than the Honda dealership. After getting a written quote for parts and labor from the dealership BTS doesn't want to take my calls nor return any calls.Really honest shop.
