It seems that Bank of America is more into collecting fees and overdue fees. It has been a pain to have Bank of America as my Mortgagor. They even impose on my property a high risk flood insurance over my property. I live in the middle of the desert away from canals or even small rivers. There is little rain in my town and my town is considered as the oneof the cities with the most sunshine days. Fema as my property in the zone of little risk or not risk at all ( x zone I believe). Bank of America did not apoligized for their overrating but did send me a check for the overpaid fees ($1003). I don't believe they acted in good faith because they are supposed to have access to FEMA's data bank.
