From the time I was contacted about opportunities for a loan to the deposit of my loan I have experienced nothing but first rate customer service. Everybody along the way has been professional, efficient and service oriented. Countless members of the team reached out to answer questions and address concerns for me. The first payment inadvertently got taken out one month too early but I emailed my representative as soon as I saw this and I had a call back in a matter of minutes and the problem was taken care of by the next day. If needed they would have even covered fees by my bank. This reassured me that I was dealing with a reputable company that is concerned about me not just before the loan but even after I was an existing customer. I hope that I can deal with this company again when this loan is paid off.
