I contacted BHG to fund new marketing ideas for my business. They contacted me shortly after. What I did like was their customer service. Alexis S was helpful with the application process. Any questions, she was right there with answers. Then throughout the process Joe T was there. When he would mention the process to finishing the loan, wow, it was done as he said. Each person involved from start to finish acted professionally and "on top of their game"!! There are some fees involved that are "ok", but it is an unsecured loan and the rate isn't bad at all for that. compared to other types of loans available. And get this....it was all done in a week!
