I ordered an engagement ring for my fiancee. I sent them a picture of the ring that I wanted and they recreated it exactly. I was impressed with that, but in transit a side diamond was chipped. The customer service staff was excellent and immediately overnighted my ring back to their location and fixed it with a 2 day turn around in time for my engagement plans. Would definitely recommend to others
