I have only had the pleasure of dealing with them once, but I was very happy with my ring. The website is well designed and easy to navigate. You can pick from existing designs or you can build your own ring. If you need help there is a chat button, you can email, or call the company. They have a "daily deal" button which will list an item that is available at a fantastic markdown. They even have layaway, which is great for those of us that are on a budget.
