Horrible Service

This dentist used to be called Fontana Dental, its new name is Bright Now Dental. If I had the option of giving BrightNow Dental a negative, I would but there was no option so I gave them the lowest rating possible. This dentist is horrific! I made an appt 3 weeks prior to my visit for a simple check up and cleaning and it took them 4 hrs to complete it. I was soo frustrated and upset. They are very inefficient, they over book so that they can take all patients. You cannot understand what the dentist is saying (language barriers). Each time you go, you get a different dentist. The office trys to upsell you by claiming you need different procedures. I have not gone back for any recommended svcs in fear that it will take them 6 hrs to complete, who knows maybe I even have to bring my sleeping bag so I can camp out there, since who knows how long it will take them to complete a simple procedure. If you're smart, you would find another dentist. I hope this review helps anyone who searches for reviews on this dentist. My time was wasted, I just hope I can save someone else time by informing them not to visit this dentist. If you don't take my word, give them a try and see how long it takes them to complete a check up and cleaning. You will realize it when you've been waiting over 1 hr in the waiting room.
