Poor service
Retained Bruno & Campisi to install replacement Culligan water filtration system under the kitchen sink. I am handy but wanted a nicer faucet than the cheap one that came with the replacement package, so needed a plumber to jigger things so the faucet would fit with the tubing. At the first visit the  B&C plumber told me that "he could not do it" because fittings to faucet and tubing didn't match, so I told him to install the cheap faucet that came with the system. He also told me he needed to order a part for another connection.At the  second visit another B&C plumber told me I would need to pay for the second visit because a part had to be ordered; then he said  had they known what system was being installed they would have brought the part and the second visit could have been avoided. Also he told me the nicer faucet could have been installed with different tubing or by using a connector to jigger it so the connections fit--which is why I used a plumber in the first place, because they are supposed to be able to figure these things out. Further, I had told B&C up front when the appt was made what Culligan  system I was installing. And due to the first plumber's incompetence I did not get the nicer faucet I wanted installed. And their incompetent customer servicing  cost me an extra approx. $260 for the unnecessary second visit.
