On one hand, they're great iff you're looking to pay off their client without any issue. But if that were true, why'd you need a middleman? You wouldn't, plain and simple. So that's where the rub began. They're completely subservient to erroneous reports made by erroneous creditor(s) who have no scruples about billing rights from a point of view of an alleged debtor. Without an advocate to independently monitor your communiques wit this joint, they'll grind your snout into the dust in hope that you'll just give up, cry "Uncle," and pay 'em of for whatever they can get. That's where my low end grade came from, just ask Tiffany Lira @ extension 157. Crass company to the core.
