I hired California loan audits (california mortgage rescue center) in nov 09 to modify my existing home loan they assured me that i would be refunded my money minus a $700.00 handling fee if they could not modify my loan. My bank notified me in january 2010 that I did not qualify for modification . california loan audits refuses to issue me any refund and it look like I may have to take them to court if I want to see any of my money again. Make sure you get a contract in writing .
