I have used Canyon Capital Corp
to refinance both of my properties two times now. The first refinance was in December 2015 and the second refinance closed this month. Both refinances went very smoothly, the rates were competitive and the customer service was excellent. I worked with Sam in 2015 and Matthew in August and September of this year.
Matthew is knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable with all aspects of the refinance. He works closely with other team members at Canyon Capital Corp, the Appraiser, the Underwriters, and the Title Company and answered any questions I had about the process, schedule and rates. You do not need to confuse yourself with learning all the details of refinancing Matthew handled everything for me. And anything I wanted to know about he explained it very simply to me.
