Don't do business with this company.....run, run, run. They do not tell you the truth. They make it sound so great and easy to get out of debt, but in reality they do nothing for you. Credit card companies DO NOT deal with debt settlement companies....only YOU and you are responsible to work with them to settle your debt. I am now being legally persued and they are attempting to recover the total amount due. I have cancelled my contract with Capital Debt Relief and have demanded an immediate refund since they have misrepresented themselves. Please save yourself the frustrations that I have experienced and forget all debt settlement companies.
