Caution/Beware

At first all was good Capital Providers were saving our business money and they were very helpful the staff was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Then came the day that we needed them and they turned their back on us. Capital Providers "Miguel" did not do his job and place our company correctly nor did he give the carrier the proper information, which resulted in our claim being denied. We are a small business and the smallest thing can crush us. Long story short Capital Providers are fakes and they do not stand behind their customers. Don't believe anything they tell you, if anything call and check for yourself with the carrier they placed you with to make sure you even belong with that company We did report them with The Department of Insurance and will most likely be going to court over all of this.
My advise is pass these guys up, like I said it was all good until we needed them.
