I purchased patio furniture from the Pompano Beach store this year. The cushions have worn out. When I contacted the store I was told to e-mail pictures, which I did. I did not receive an e-mail or call. Two weeks later I brought the cushions to the store and had the person I e-mailed and called sit on them. He agreed they were worn out and said he never received my e-mails or phone calls. "He" told me to call another man who is responsible for warranties, I called, but had to leave a message, he wasn't available. This man has never contacted me. It is apparent I am being ignored. I fear Carl's is waiting for the warranty to run out. I paid $3.500.00 plus delivery for this furniture. Words cannot express my anger and disappointment. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this store. I'm so sorry I did. I paid allot of money for junk.
