I ordered a couch from Carl's on Aug. 24, 2010 and was told it would be delivered the first of Sept., when that passed it was to be delivered in Nov., then the first of Dec. It is now Dec. 14 and they don't know anything. It is a leather sectional and I paid close to $2500 for it and now the price is over $4200. I think they want me to cancel so they can sell it to someone else at the full price. I don't know how they can run a business like this. I live in a retirement community with 10,000 residents and I will tell everyone of them my story. Others have told me about their similar problems hope they don't go out of business before I get my couch.
