One word IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

If I can I wouldn't give this so called company a star!! When I called to make an appointment the owner which is his own receptionist told me he'll be here first thing in the morning which is a Friday! The day of my appointment I waited and waited, finally
I called no answer, Again I waited and waited 2hrs later he calls me and asks "yeah did anybody call me from this number?" I was like are you kidding me!!! Yes you were suppose to come to my house for an estimate, His answer "Oh yeah I forgot!" That so called
company is so irresponsible, that had me waiting and waiting for almost 4hrs. Yes I was pist! I went with Pacific Rain Gutters couldn't be happier!!!
