WORST COMPANY EVER! Fraudulant company

Citi sold my mortgage to rinkie dink company. Its been less than a year and Ive had so many problems. I got a letter this month showing my ex-husbands name on it.... so i called them. Their telling me that he is on the loan. Im like noooo I have my papers from citi in front of me and he was not a part of this contract. They said yes he is. I was like your calling me a lair? I have the orginials!!!! Did you not get a copy of the transcrips in the sale? yes we did.... WEll i still have mortgage statements from citi showing it was my name only and the originals signed contracts. They told me I have to refi to get him off???? Im like he was never on it and were divorced. The rep told me well I guess you have to prove it then!!!
What kind of company is this???
Are there any class action suits against them cause I want to be included. Tell me I have to refi???? I think they altered my contract to get me to pay refi costs!!!
