WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Carrington is the worst company ever. My Mortgage was sold to them on 10/02/15. My October payment had already been taken and reported to them by Chase at the time of the sale but Carrington took a second payment causing several over drafts on my bank account. After several days working with them, faxing them bank statements and such and making several calls to them I was told I had to refax my information a second time. PLEASE, someone tell me there is a class action suit against them because I want in.
