tried dealing with your costumer service
only to be hung up on !
( now you your company )
wish to go up on my loan without reason !
i pay the taxes my self not you or your company !your company has received a refund in the amount of the taxes which was paid and you ,your company was notified that the taxes was paid well in advance!
yet you your company still tried to pay then again !!
now unless i receive written apology and a new annual escrow account reflecting no increase i will be forced to take appropriate action
