I called up cash call to re-fi and spoke with Kevin Noyes. He processed my application over the phone and a little bit later I received a good faith estimate. The next day I received some paperwork from Sonny Nyugen (the processor) to sign and send back to cash call. They started the underwriting process. Through all of the process I re-negotiated my interest rate due to rates dropping, and both times cashcall met the new rates that I was offered. My loan funded 15 days after my initial call and I found cashcall extremely easy to with. Kevin and Sonny were always available and returned phone calls when I had concerns. This re-fi cost me nothing except pre-paid interest. Everything else was covered by cashcall. I would not hesitate to use cashcall again for my refi needs. They were wonderful and made the whole process painless and easy.
