I would never ever do business with Century Automotive again, they are the type of organization, if you can call them that, that gives warranty companies a very bad name & reputation.I have a BBB complaint filed against them that they haven't even bothered to respond to, only to deny repair to the dealer for recommended repair. I also found after reading the back of the contract(the fine print) where they try to exclude things & leave themslves an out for not honoring obligations. Some instances they may have a case, but in my instance the dealer & I completely do not understand why my issue would not be covered, oh could it be because my warranty ends in a few months, (5yr.extended). I would avoid them at all cost. They are not even registered
with the BBB. They were ok as long as I didn't have any major issues as I do now, they have had a few minor things done under the contract, but nothing in comparison to what I need them to honor now. They want even respond,as they want time to expire, I've been trying for 2 months, I'm burning a qt. of oil every 7-800 miles. That's excessive in anybody book.They wont cover the piston rings, they say there 's no breakdown(their evassive language).
BEWARE OF CENTURY AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES CORP OR CONTRACTS. TEll others they are
to be avoided at all cost.
