This company is your typical rip-off warranty company. As a person that usually buys a warranty agreement I’m telling you in full confidence STAY AWAY from Century Automotive Service Corp. They will not honor the agreement and will always find a way for you to pay vs. them. I had a situation that a regulator and motor went bad in the window of my Jeep and they said it was not covered. The funny part of it is they replaced it one year prior without a problem. The motor and regulator is one unit and they said since the motor is making a noise it can’t be the motor???? Sorry but a motor making some terrible noise is just not normal but they won’t cover it. Stay away!!! They will take your money and run. Also stay away from the Supervisor/Manager “Tony” he is very rude and will talk down to you. The Director of Claims is David Schneider ext: 107 and his boss is Tony Anderson ext: 103. This is a very small organization maybe 2 or 3 people in the office since Tony is the one that normally answers the phone.
