I payed $200.00 down to get cable into my daughter Hope's house on Dec.12 2010..The company owner came to her house and checked everything out and told us she would have cable in about 3 weeks,,It is now March 10 2010 3 months later and still no cable,,We have made numerous phone calls,I have even written a letter begging them to please do something,,We want this service for my grandson to have internet for school more than tv,,
On March 3 I filed a complaint with the BBB and on March 9th the company called my daughter and told her that now they would no longer be doing any business with her it was not worth their time and effort,,Their exact words..
I would advise anyone to look carefully before using this company..Back in 1999 I used this company for a while and each time I went in to pay by bill which was due on the 25th of each month,, they tried to charge me a $5.00 late fee..We had an argument each time about this until I said No More
