I recently bought a Cherrypal Bing online. From the beginning, customer service was helpful answering all my questions about the company and products. Delivery of product was slow at first, apparently because of the high order volume. I am a stay-at-home mom, so I didn’t need all the bells and whistle that some laptops have. However, the Bing is awesome and is certainly competitive with higher priced laptops. It runs on Windows XP and can do everything my desktop PC does at home, but, the cool thing is, I get to take it with me wherever I go because it's super-slim, light and WiFi compatible. I love it. And, it's energy efficient with a small carbon footprint…which is one of the main reasons I was interested in Cherrypal in the first place. I highly recommend the Bing. My husband has a top-end laptop and this one does as much except for a DVD drive.
