You are the GREATEST!!! You took the time when NO one else would INVEST time in my situation. I want to say if it was not for your dedication,time,hard work, effort, and compassion, I would still be in the hole that was created without my knowledge. I hope that other people understand that these qualities that you have displayed are qualities that the entire Division of Family Services should display. I would like to state for the record, in my past 15 years I have talked to many people and explained my situation multiple times by phone to the state of California. I wrote a single e-mail to your company and thank GOD your supervisor put us in touch or who ever assigns cases. YOUR AN ANGEL that has helped resolve the issues that were just over looked and piled under who knows how many cases that are in the system. I swear as I write this it comes from my heart, I want you to know that you have taken so much STRESS out of my heart, mind and soul. Your AWESOME and don't forget it. I will recommend you by name to any person in dire straits and in need of a helpful individual like you. Look all that read this!!! Nancy took a case from the 1990's where the state opened a case without my knowledge and then intercepted 17,000 dollars in 15 years. Upon contacting Nancy my balance was 13,000 give or take to my ex wife, mind you mostly interest charges, and California was attempting to take my drivers license. Nancy talked to my ex and I figured she would be as greedy as ever. It took Nancy's hard work and determination and me being very patient and listening instead of speaking. Nancy was able to stop my license from being suspended and was able to communicate with my ex-wife to mediate a settlement. I let Nancy explain every step I needed to take. While taking the steps it was also explained that I must have the money when my case went to court. After nearly 8 months of Nancy's time, effort and foot work along with three different settlement amounts it finally happened. This case settled for 3000.00 dollars, which I paid five minutes after I talked to the judge. I have to pay back the portion to the State of 1779.00.
