I had this insurance for a year for my wife and 2 kids. She was sick recently admited to the hospital and we are getting bills through mail like crazy.Every claim that we had through Cinergy was denied.In fact they dumped us after 10 months of coverage to another company that had the underwriting done wrong for the last two months of our 1 year term, so now we have bills in value of over $10000.While trying to deal with the insurance officials we get played like a game ball in between three different agents, names so forth and all of them do not know what is going on.We filed a complaint at the Insurance Review Organisation and they are making inquiries into this matter and we also have been told that Cinergy has well known failures and misinterpretation of claims.
So everyone beware they are bad, they are fake and they will get your money and when you need coverage you got nothing just bills.
