Marsha Young and Mike Brooks were extremely helpful. I am a single Mom and I had just lost work and was home crying when Marsha young called and said she could modify my loan. I went ahead and took a chance and sent in all the papers. Mike Brooks called and was really nice and talked to me for a while and explained how everything worked. I called him back several times and he always made time to talk to me. The modification came through at 2% fixed!! I have no idea how he did that but he saved me from loosing my house and my children and I becoming homeless. You become depressed and feel helpless with life when you think you are going to become homeless. There truly isn't any words that could really describe just what Mike Brooks has done for my family. This is the best company I have ever seen. They truly care about you and want whats best for you. And no money is paid until the modification goes through. I will always keep their number in my phone and pass it out to everyone.
