For years my husband and I have tried to do a modification with Ocwen. It was excuse after excuse, with no help! I became disabled and my husband was forced to take a job with lower pay. So it wasn't like we didn't have good reason for needing a modification.
Finally, I received a phone call from Sergio. In this scary world, I was frightened to give him our information. Sergio supplied me with anything that I needed to make me comfortable-all in writing without hesitation. Anytime I called him, he answered all my questions and even did a three-way with Ocwen and myself so I could make sure we were all on the same page.
I am happy to tell you that my modification has become permanent! I am paying half of what I was paying and am even getting some mortgage forgiveness! I can't thank Sergio and Coast 2 Coast enough! This was all completed in 3 months.
