STEVE'S STORY: I was about to lose my home of 40 years. I lost my wife because of a medical error, and then I got custody of 3 grandchildren.... Because it is so expensive here in Hawaii, most of my children and grandchildren moved in with me. PLUS I have a homeless woman living here. Since I am nearly retired, and the crash of 2008 smashed me financially, I was unable to qualify for a refinance deal and my mortgage of 4000 per month had already gone up to 6000 per month! Credit cards were now maxed to over 100k. YIKES! I applied several times to OCOTOPUSWEN for a modification(PAPERWORK MADE ME MENTAL!) and was always denied because "I didn't make enough." So, I rented out some bedrooms, then they said, "I make too much!" .....although I was still struggling. I prayed, "Lord, isn't there someone that can do this for me?!" The very next day, I got a call from Coast2Coast Home Services. I asked a lot of questions because it was an unsolicited call. They patiently answered all of my questions, and I am SO THANKFUL that they called!!! I worked closely with Ray and Mike. Within a short time, I WAS APPROVED! My mortgage was cut to 1/2 and 15, FIFTEEN! people get to stay in this home now! We all thank Coast2Coast, Charlie, Mike, Ray, and all of the staff for helping us!
