Exceeded My Expectations

My loan modification was finalized recently. I am completely pleased with the outcome, and that is an understatement! This began when I received an offer with my monthly mortgage to call Coast 2 Coast to discuss the possibilities. With some skepticism, I did call. The process was much easier than I had anticipated at first and the final result exceeded my expectations.
