I was introduced to Coastal Pacific Lending through a co-worker. I received the infamous reference of, “I have a friend that can help you with your refinance.” We all heard this story before and are always cautious with whom we want handling our livelihoods. My co-worker told me to just a call and ask any questions. So I did. I spoke to Mr. Abraham Gudino of Coastal Pacific Lending, and instantly knew I had the right institution to help me with my refinance. Each request for documentation was done smoothly and within time limits that had substantial cushion. I was moving from a conventional loan to a Veterans Administration loan (VA) and was never stressed. For those who are not familiar with a VA loan; let me tell you, it can be challenging. But not with Coastal Pacific and Mr. Gudino’s associates. My loan officer worked to smoothed out the VA rigorous requirements.
My loan officer set up meetings for me while on vacation in Hawaii, worked with my then mortgage lender, and while I was flying out to San Diego let me know to have safe travels my loan was funded. I wanted whoever reads this to know that my life is very busy and Coastal Pacific emailed and called to make sure I knew step by step on how my loan was progressing. Once my loan was funded I was welcomed with a follow up conversation from my loan officer to insure I pleased with how the processed worked and if there was anything they could of done better. A lending institution call me to make sure I was happy. This sealed my approval and recommendation to everyone I knew.
I have since referred Coastal Pacific to all my friends, family and co-workers. This has lead to two family members working with Coastal Pacific and one co-worker.
