This is my second time working with Coastal Pacific Lending Inc. They are amazing! The best in the business! They walked me through the refinance process from beginning to end and completed everything for me in about one month. Every member of the team is client focused with the complete understanding of where we are within the refinance process. They go above and beyond for their customers, and the whole staff is excellent at providing exceptional customer service. They respond quickly and professionally to phone calls and emails. Customers are not just another "number" to them, they strive to get to know you as an individual. They made it incredibly easy to get the paperwork done (all electronic!) with regular email updates summarizing where we were in the process and what next steps were.
