Not good. They charged a big up front fee. Then, did nothing until the monthly payments kicked in. At that point, they did a mass mailing of letters. A couple of items fell off of my report immediately. After that, the only thing that happened was they churned my account. They filed appeals that had no chance of working. Every single one of the later appeals were rejected for either not submitting the proper documentation, or being frivolous.
Do not use this company.
