I recently approached Commercial Loan Solutions with 2 of my properties which were set to be auctioned by the bank in 48 hours. The company was able to cancel the sale dates and save both of my investment properties.
Commercial Loan Solutions then went to work for me on 20 of my properties that were all in foreclosure. They managed to modify 10 of my loans with Citizens National Bank, 4 of my loans with American Home Mortgage, 2 loans with Wells Fargo, 2 loans with Saxon Mortgage, 1 with EMC Mortgage, 1 loan with Taylor Bean and Whitaker.
The company really did a great job. They were honest and forthcoming. They were always available when I called, and I could really count on them in an emergency. Since I had such a positive experience with Commercial Loan Solutions, I have since referred them friends and business partners of mine.
