I spoke with Jerry who was very nice, cooperative and hard-working. We came to an understanding on the contract and they said they would begin working that day. Almost a month later I received a call from another individual verifying my address and information. I got paid in almost exactly a month and a half. I have used collection agencies in the past and CRA is completely different than them. I was impressed by every single person I was in contact with.
