Response time was excellent. I promptly received a call from one of the repairmen after leaving a message.
My laptop was repaired by the end of the day and ready for pickup.
Customer service was good from all support staff.
I received a follow-up customer satisfaction call about two weeks later.
After telling them I thought they had done a good job, they called me again to inform me they were expanding into other, and general, electronics repairs (e.g., video game consoles).
Other customers will hopefully have the same positive experience.
