I was previously employed with ConquistAmerica Inc. It is my understanding that the company has never done modifications. The company has until recently only been involved in lending. I am aware of the company stepping in to assist clients who are loosing there homes but it is my understanding that has only been through reviweing for Short Refinances and Short Sales. My personal experience was actually pleasant,
