CPAC has moved to another place, they are a scam. They continue stealing money from people.

CPAC promised my father that they were going to help him with the modification of his house. However, all they did was steal his money. They charged him more than $6,000. Now, the moved their office to another place and want more money. They have even changed their name again. They continue to have the same personnel and claimed that they moved because the owner of CPAC is dying and that he is tired from stealing money from people. They even claim that they have a new owner and that they will help people but want more money. They still have my dad's case and don't want to give him his file back. I wish that these people are brought to justice. Not only were they a fraud but they are also rude. Every time I would ask them for evidence and information about my dad's case they would say that they had to ask another person. They would even send me e-mails where they were being rude. On one occasion I told a worker from this company that I had read a lot of bad reviews saying that they rip off people and all she did was show me a case they had where they had helped a client lower their monthly mortgage payment. After that, she left the CPAC company because they had not paid her on time and then she told us to sue CPAC and that it was her last day working for them. A month later, CPAC changed its name and closed its office on Bristol in the city of Santa Ana. My dad was even telling me that now they have a better office in Costa Mesa.
