not the cheapest but they fulfilled what was expected of them without pushing us on upsells. the last time we hired onsite training it was a mess. that was a different company and we learned our lesson. this time we made sure and laid out a specific scope and they gave us a guaranteed estimate of time to complete. i would have given them 4 stars but I felt that for the money spent the service could have been to a higher standard but all in all it was a good experience.
