Responsive; Detail-Oriented; Great Trip

Wife and I went to Costa Rica in January 2013 for honeymoon. Wonderful country, people, and trip. First went to San Jose for a couple days, then on to Arenal area for 2-3 days, including white water rafting, natural hot springs, and visit to self-sustaining
organic farm. Finished the trip at all-inclusive in Guanacaste. Generally try to take care of travel details myself, but we went through Costa Rica Vacations and dealt with Fanny Rivera. She was excellent. Very responsive to my many emails, took care of all
details, and made the trip easy and worry-free. We had a couple issues unrelated to Costa Rica Vacations and Fanny, but Fanny was immediately available and handled the issues. Highly recommended.
