Anger Management Class Review, It works, if you let it.

I have enjoyed this class and have found that it is reinforcing ideas, thoughts, and processes that were taught to me by my parents. I have implemented many of the suggestions, and am contemplating taking additional courses as a way to further enlighten myself.
The self-paced course allowed me to work on the material when I was able to assimilate and understand the teachings. Too often in our daily lives, we are pushed to complete a task (chore) and we have resentment for being forced to do something when we are not ready. By having the ability to learn when I am ready, I feel that that I was able to implement the lessons almost immediately.
