Dear Sam,
We wanted you to know that we are so pleased and satisfied with the results of the work performed by Brent and Mark for our bathroom. It is rare that the home improvement that we visualize in the beginning is what we see on the last day, but that is exactly what we encountered today and I can't tell you how important that is to us. It is truly an extraordinary job by Sam and his crew.
Not only did they do a great job, they were two of the nicest young men who have ever worked in our home. They were almost like family and we were completely at ease with them. That is something rare in this day. We could not have chosen a better company ourselves. It has been a very reassuring experience for us in many ways.
We want to thank you, Sam, you said you would deliver a great product, and you did.
