We ordered business cards 3 weeks back. We paid $10 for the expedited services. The proof was sent via email and we responded a day later. A week went by so we checked the status of the order on their site. The status said "In proofing process". This was a week after we said we approved!!! We then emailed the design department, the customer serviced department, and sales to see what was going on. We also stated again that we approved the proof. 2 days went by and no returned email. So then we called (what we should have done the first time...our fault). The rep said that the emails did come in but it seemed that the order got lost. How do you lose an order in a database?!!! I stated that we did pay for expedited service, but 2 and half weeks was not exactly "expedited". He stated that he would send it into print that night and the ship it 2 day. I agreed that this would suffice. It has been 5 days and the order is still not here. Also, there is no way to check the order status any longer on the website. Apparently they just took it down from the site. We will NEVER do business with DPI Perfect again. You have been forewarned.
