Review 4/25/2009
This company creates notices that look like city issued notices that a payment is due to keep your business in compliance with city and state regulations. If you read the very small, well hidden type, you will find that it is a solitican for a service - even though at the top of the document there is a Now Due notification, and then several references to city codes requiring that every business keep an accurate record of their minutes, and implying, in every way, that the way to do that is by filling out the provided form and sending in the "Now Due" filing fee of $ 125.00. It is clearly a scam that preys on an honest business owner's fear of not being in compliance with city regulations. Had I not received my annual fee notice from the city, I probably would have simply paid this "Disclosure Statement" from the "Department of Business Minutes" - see they call themselves a "department," rather than a company. But because it seemed strange to me to receive two bills for my company from the city - which had never happened before. I read every line of this document and discovered that it was a fishing or phishing scam and want to warn everyone about this completely unethical attempt to scare money out of people.
