This company is HORRIBLE!!!! They lost 3, yes, 3 of my payments over a course of 7 months. They would call about 3 times a month trying to get the money that they lost out of me again. The only reason I did not have to repay them the money was because I kept records and copies of all of my checks, but I did have to fax them those copies at least twice. I asked them to send me an invoice or statement each month just so I knew that they did not make a mistake on my money again and they told me they did not do that. How can a credit agency not keep invoices?!? They told me I was to just keep sending money until they told me to stop. I did not trust that especially after they lost so many of my payments. I was told I would get a reciept when my last payment came in, that never happened. Their main job is to keep track of money sent in but I could not get a reciept sent to me. I have had so many more bad experiences with this company but my hands would hurt typing it all. HORRIBLE AGENCY!!!
